We have had customers report that they are able to use Virtual PC for your Macintosh and run Ensign just fine.
The Sales rep for Apple / Mac infomed us, based on our explainations, that indeed it should work.
We have not tried it ourselves and have only this information word-of-mouth.

Apple and Microsoft.
