How to Fix Support Room Requiring a Password

For the past two days support room comes up as "0' Price!" room and a password pop-up appears. Is there a way to correct this?

In the C:\Ensign folder or in the C:\Ensign\eChat folder erase these two files and you should be recovered.

Erase ChatPass.dat and ChatRoom.dat

Then reopen the chat room.
